Responsibilities: Social Listening and Escalation Management a. Social Media Listening and Monitoring - Sentiment Analysis, Theme Analysis and quantitative reporting b. Social media campaign management: Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results c. Escalating critical cases to respective stakeholders and initial investigation of any reported issues d. To send day to day actionable reviews from various platforms to brand managers e. Generate, edit and share data dump that helps senior management to take action f. Maintain and circulate pdf reports, data dumps to internal departments for their information and further action g. Reporting fake news, false deals/offers, impersonations, Tweets and news that can be threat to company's security h. Sharing report of "Brief summary for the day" at the end of the day with insights in Predefined formats as well as ad hoc insights in the event of any critical events Manual Monitoring a. LinkedIn - Search b. Facebook Groups c. Manual searching and highlighting based on keywords list shared by the brand Crisis Management a. Identification b. Alerting c. Monitoring d. Reporting
