Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst to work with our team in Kochi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing and improving business processes and systems, gathering and documenting business requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and conducting business analysis. Qualifications Bachelors/masters degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar system/business support role Build a relationship between business. partners and the IT department relative to requirements, solutions and priorities. Develop requirement documentation that will translate business needs into requirements that can be understood by the solution development team Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements. Work with internal Teams to define best output based on expressed stakeholder needs. Process and analysis of data on consulting projects; Keep up to date on the latest applications of information technology Participate as needed in IT design reviews to ensure compatibility and interoperability of computing systems Manage special projects as assigned by IT management Provide advice and recommendations on emerging IT trends Participate in diagnostics and optimization of IT and procurement functions; Participate in diagnostics and optimization of IT and procurement functions
