General Description This is an initial entry level position responsible of conducting primary and secondary research which contributes effectively towards delivery of a project for the clients. Position - Research Associate Reporting To - Consultant / Business Analyst Location - Pune, Maharashtra Job Responsibilities The following are the major areas of responsibility:- 1: Responsible for conduct of primary research as assigned to meet specific client and project requirements. 2: Required to conduct comprehensive, in-depth interviews with users, OEMs, suppliers etc as indicated by reporting senior. Important to ensure statutory compliance as well as cultural nuances while conducting research in different geographies and demographics. 3: Ability to capture and collate reliable and accurate information and provide inputs to seniors as per their requirement and format. Education Qualifications The candidate should be a high achiever academically and B.E / B.Tech and MBA. (any field) from reputed Institute. Any knowledge in the metal and material industry would be desirable. Other Essential Skills Required 1: Should be a quick learner who is able to work under pressure and against deadlines. 2: Should be an effective team player with a flair for coordinating and organisation of work in a small team. 3: High level of communication skills particularly in English and should be capable of developing quick rapport with external agencies / sources for collection of credible information. Miscellaneous Aspects The individual should be open to relocating to Pune and frequent travel
