Job Summary:
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Sourcing profiles based on given job descriptions
Telephonic Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview
Continuous interaction with the Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand roles and requirements and to plan and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Candidate management Coordination and scheduling for interviews
Post-offer engagements with the selected candidates
Develops strong in-house sourcing and assessment capabilities
Interview Feedback Collation and updating in the HRMS
Adherence to targets
