Education Qualification - CA , C.F.A, MBA(Finance)

Experience - 5 - 10 Yrs

Job Responsibilities : -

Financial Planning & Analysis:-

Preparation of annual budget for the group, projects & individual business units
Develop, interpret and implement concepts for financial planning and control
Manage the preparation, analysis &presentation of the company's internal financial reporting to various stakeholders inside & outside the organization
Project Finance - Prepare Financial Reports on EPC and other real estate projects/opportunities.
Liaising with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements.
Liquidity Management amongst various group companies to optimize cost of capital
Preparation and presentation of funding plan (assessing growth projections) to reduce operational/ liquidity/ market risks
Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of funds toward accomplishment of corporate goals
Budgeting-Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
