Job Description

: Day to day activities involve To provide leadership, set standards and provide training for the team To work on on-going Design Engineering Projects in leading the team and managing the execution activities To take complete responsibility in execution of all design engineering aspects of Consultancy Assignments Independently handle the large mandates of DE Team and Guide/ mentor the Team Members Work on responsibility matrix of associates Plan and co-ordinate the activities of the team ensuring compliance to procedures and regulations Develop execution plans & Project Management Develop processes and procedures to support and improve practices. . Approve design reports and quality documentation Regularly review performance and development of reports Business Development with existing contacts and exploring new opportunities Demonstrate excellence in Design Engineering skills through inputs in various tenders. Assist in the compilation of quotations / approach and methodology in support of Business Development and Marketing. Client interaction and attending the review meetings Expected Skills Knowledge of Planning & Design aspects of all Environmental Engineering aspects Execution of Design Engineering works and DPR works Act as in house expertise for all Technical Works Report Writing and Presentation skills Client Relationship Management skills Design Softwares: Sewer, Sewer CAD, LOOP-4, EPANET, Water Gem TRAVELLING
