Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant/Personal Secretary at KSB PRIVATE LTD located in Patancheru. The Personal Assistant/Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication for their executive. They will also prepare reports, take notes, and coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft. Office and Google Suite Experience in a similar role preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
