Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and expectations.
5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
7. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
8. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
9. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in technology and IT-related roles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools.
6. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
9. Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
