We understand whats important to you, and taking the Groups legacy of trust, we bring to you financial solutions to secure your future, creating moments of joy. www.godrejgroup.com Designation: Senior Executive - Facilities Management Location: Mumbai Godrej One Job Purpose: Responsible for managing entire gamut of soft service operations, including Housekeeping, Conference room management, site event management, High end artwork/artifacts, Faade cleaning, pest control etc. to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets. Provide leadership, and direction to the delivery teams. To be accountable for excellent service delivery and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire premises. Forecasting & preparation of Annual Budget. Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels. To deliver a consistent level of service across site/s for soft services as per specified standards and agreed KPIs. Address team engagement & drive participation. Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Take ownership of all event/conference venues, guest rooms and ensure readiness. Provide innovations as per market trends. Managing vendor compliance and SLAs as per the contract. Assist in Internal auditing of the operations and expenses. Organize and maintain inventories including serviceability of HK equipment. Re-evaluate and upgrade SOPs. Accurate MIS submission. Assist procurement team in identifying the right material and suppliers, renewing contracts etc. Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness. Any other responsibilities assigned by management. Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Three Years Degree or diploma in hotel management Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in similar role. Skills: Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills, Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies / synergies across the network.
