The Role: Serve as HRIS Analyst by providing functional expertise by ensuring overall Human Resource data quality and integrity, global reporting requirements & compliance, deploying improvements, and manage. integrations. Data updating Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure data is updated in the HRIS on a regular basis. Data validation, quality checks & Global Reporting Validate, conduct thorough data quality checks and audits to identify discrepancies in the data uploaded in HRIS & ensure corrective actions. Work closely with Global People Ops Lead and Data Analytics team and ensure all HR related dashboards are up to date. Be responsible for periodic reporting requirements to Global People Ops Lead as well as to regional Finance & HR teams. Global Compliance Develop and update documentation and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal mandates. Provision and ensure audit trail reports to support compliance. Process Improvements Work with leaders and SMEs to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions on process enhancements. Provide global support and coverage partnering closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for the planning, execution, and success of improvement projects.
