About the Job: As a Digital Marketing Associate you will be responsible for all social media profiles of HotWax. Commerce. You will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop strategies that will connect HotWax Commerce with the target market. As a part of the Digital Marketing team, youll be responsible for increasing the reach of the company page and individual social media profiles. Your major KPIs would be to post relevant content on social media at the right time, boost profile engagement through social listening activities, bring initiatives to grow the brand awareness and maximize the performance of the Digital Marketing team through social media. Responsibilities: Create a content calendar for company page and individual social media profiles. Promote blogs on social media through text posts, infographics and carousels. Promote new podcast episodes through short clips and text posts. Publish content posts during appropriate time slots using the HubSpot Marketing tool. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness. Design creatives like carousels and infographics on Design tools such as Figma for promoting content on social media. Oversee social media accounts" updates (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook). Perform engagement activities for higher reach over LinkedIn and Twitter for two accounts each. Come up with new strategies to grow performance of social media profiles. Promote thought leadership of the company and its key members on social media. Measure the performance of social media posts, analyze them, and discuss the scope of improvement with the team. Responsible for all podcast management tasks from guest invitation to the post production tasks and then promoting the episode with the best marketing ideas. Qualifications: MBA in Marketing. Well-versed in the usage of LinkedIn and Twitter. Proficient in spoken and written English. Command over Google sheets, docs, and other related products. Communicate effectively with the team members to grow performance of social media. Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments. Teamwork skills are a must.
