About The Job MDM functional design, worldwide roll-out and activities related to requirements gathering and analysis, data migration, testing, training and change management. With a global responsibility, the MDM Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing the business requirements, writing functional specifications and coordinating the design, testing and roll-out phases. S/he will also assist the migration and interfaces activities in preparing the upcoming MDM releases. S/he will be responsible for defining the data quality KPIs with Business and organize governance around them. Directly supervises (operationally): Key interactions: MDM Lead Business Analyst, Project Managers, Application Managers, Business teams, MDM Application Integrators Main accountabilities: Support the multiple Business Units and Functions in Technip Energies to enhance the existing Master Data Management (MDM) solution as a catalyst through either business process transformation or implementation of new functionality. Review and identify business process opportunities. Engage the business client stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and create a project scope statement, estimate and schedule. Lead the implementation of Master Data under responsibility; support interface build / testing and data migration; and monitor budget, schedule and coordinate teams. Communicate updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and end-users. Provide training and assistance to the business users as required including document creation and maintenance as well as creation and update of work instructions and/or procedures for new and existing processes. Must have: Excellent analytical and organization skills (variety of activities in a fast-paced environment) Understanding of data, Integration and systems architecture in a heterogeneous IT environment Experience in Data Management & referential data Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and remote environment Service & results oriented Fluent English, solid oral and written communication skills in English Self-motivated and autonomous Nice to have: Knowledge of energy industry Knowledge of Data Analysis/Visualization Tools (Advance Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python.) Experience Working with Data Governance Understanding of API Concepts and Azure Technologies Knowledge of international intercultural communication practices About You Work experience: minimum 5 years, including 3+ on a similar role (business analyst / project manager) Minimum education level: Bachelors Degree Whats next Once receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check and a review is further carried by hiring manager.
