JOb Title: Sales officer_ Retail

• Purpose of the role:

•             To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Sourcing of Micro LAP & Micro Housing ranging/Mortgages  from 50k to 5 Lac  for  our existing customers & Open Market customers as per company process & Policy.              

• Key Responsibilities:

•          Processing & generating leads for  Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance  by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.         Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed           Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing         Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner         Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage

• Desired Experience:

•           Number of years of experience (range): 1-3 years          Types of Companies/Sector worked for:- Banks/NBFCs ,Housing finance companies  should have relevant experience in LAP & housing finance .         Responsibility Managed in previous organization:- The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of LAP & housing products         Languages:- Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.          Computer/technical skills (If Any) Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).      

           Qualifications:

•           Graduation: BCOM (Any stream)         Post-graduation: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage          Professional Qualifications: Nothing specific          Certifications (please specify): Nothing specific
