Job Overview Thomas Global Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic logistics team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of logistics specialists to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our logistics services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the logistics or from BPO industry. The job is based in New Delhi. Delhi, India and is a full-time employment opportunity. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree. 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a team leadership role Excellent leadership and team management skills Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using logistics software and tools Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of local and international transportation modes and regulations Roles And Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the scheduling of shipments and transportation activities Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize logistics operations Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner Generate reports and analyze data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Maintain and update documentation related to logistics operations
