In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities: Design and develop marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign to target specific audiences and achieve marketing goals. Support and Maintenance of customers Adobe Campaign Classic platform Responsible for handling tickets in Production environment Perform RCA on recurring issue and provide permanent fixes Monitoring of the workflow and taking corrective actions Coordination of system-related. activities between user and multiple technical teams Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Adobe Campaign application servers Understanding integration of Adobe with other applications. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to translate business requirements into campaign workflows and assets. Configure and customize Adobe Campaign platform to meet campaign requirements and optimize performance. Implement tracking mechanisms and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical expertise and support for Adobe Campaign platform, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Adobe Campaign solutions that enable impactful customer interactions. Create and manage API integrations to enhance data exchange and synchronization between different systems. Develop, customize, and optimize workflows to streamline campaign execution processes and enhance efficiency. Implement engaging and responsive landing pages that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. HTML and CSS skills to design and modify templates, ensuring consistent branding across campaigns. Manage certificate renewals to maintain the security and integrity of the Adobe Campaign environment. Facilitate secure file transfers and maintain SFTP file access for seamless data movement. Implement whitelisting strategies to ensure reliable email deliverability and enhance campaign reach. Stay updated with industry trends and Adobe Campaign updates to suggest improvements and optimizations. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of overall development experience, with a focus on 1-2 years of specific Adobe Campaign development experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign Standard (or Classic), including demonstrated experience in API integrations, workflows, and landing page implementation. Profound knowledge of HTML and CSS for designing and modifying templates and landing pages. Experience in managing certificate renewals and ensuring a secure environment. Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols and SFTP file access. Proven expertise in implementing whitelisting strategies to optimize email deliverability. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in working with different Adobe Campaign modules, like; Message Centre, Content Manager, FDA, etc. knowledge and experience with the following programming languages: HTML, XML, JavaScript and SQL Knowledge and experience of integrating Adobe Campaign with other system Basic knowledge on SQL and Unix Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
