Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Jamnagar. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring the production schedule is followed, managing inventory levels, and maintaining quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing the production budget, and leading a team of production workers. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent organization and time management skills Experience in production management, scheduling, and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus
