We have an urgent hiring with one of the Leading Travel Company - Mumbai.

 

Role: Hotel Operations 

Experience: 0 to 7 years 

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Location: Mumbai (LowerParel)

 

Main Purpose

This role is responsible for maintaining excellent support to the travel agent partners. Customer service skills are
key for this role and having a solid set of problem solving and sales skills are essential. The Hotel Operations
Executive will have a drive to provide support for their partners through effective follow up and operational
assistance.

Responsibilities: 

 

• Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents/ suppliers/ internal calls.

• Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff.

• Help Travel agent/ internal staff for booking related queries, amendment and escalations.

• Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.

• Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.

• Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.

• Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.

• Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.

• Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.

• Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.
