The Opportunity The Quality Control (QC) will work directly with project and business teams to ensure the highest quality execution. This role also provides a prime opportunity to learn about all aspects of Investments. Responsibilities Strong Knowledge of test plans, processes, and their implementation across relevant products, on multiple platforms, and on various environments. Strong Knowledge of test environments whilst enhancing, monitoring, maintaining, and updating the settings. Responsible for reviewing, improving, maintaining, and making recommendations on test coverage, with regard to the use of suitable and appropriate techniques and tools. Participate in Agile ceremonies. Carry out risk-based functional, regression, system, and integration testing as required to deliver clinically safe and high-quality software releases. Act as point of contact for all team test-related queries and provide technical test support and training for team members. Assist and. actively participate in the ongoing development of testing processes and implementation of testing best practices. To raise, track and re-test any defects or issues identified during testing, and fully document them in our Project Management tool. Should have recent experience with Bluetooth, wifi, wireless, and protocols Like MQTT. Qualifications & Skills 1 to 3 years of Embedded Testing experience with a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field. Strong background in enterprise-level testing. Excellent leadership skills: Able to manage, drive, mentor, and motivate team members to meet business needs and priorities conflicting requirements using sound commercial judgment. Strong experience in test planning, preparation, test execution, and reporting. Passionate drive to improve quality through the process, testing best practices, and team collaboration. Commitment to following and championing Agile. Understanding of the full Device testing cycle 7. Able to provide ownership and solutions for challenges, with excellent problem-solving skills, and the confidence to make and communicate decisions effectively. Supporting and facilitating the team to make decisions. Strong planning and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements using sound commercial judgment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that provide the necessary level of information to suit the audiences and business needs. Strong Knowledge of oscilloscope, EMC, IEC testing, and PCB Debugging. Strong Knowledge of Hardware and firmware testing with power cycle calculation. Recognizing unconventional situations. Create comprehensive documentation for any encountered issues and effectively communicate them to the team using clear and understandable language. Transform complex problems into easily comprehensible documentation for seamless team understanding. Desired qualifications include a proven track record in product testing in medical scenarios.
