Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) specialist located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The QA/QC specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of products, processes, and procedures. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and implement quality assurance standards and methods, and prepare reports on quality performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in a quality assurance/quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and 5S methodology Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards Excellent analytical and. problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve quality issues Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
