Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for daily tasks associated with quality control, quality assurance, quality management, and analytical skills. The Quality Analyst will be part of a Domestic Contact centre Operations and would need to audit calls and provide feedback. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and quality management Excellent communication. skills Working knowledge of quality standards and methodologies Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in any stream Note : This role is not for Automated / Manual Testing
