As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality test solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing, expertise in Oracle JDEdwards, and experience in Agile methodology. This is a senior-level role requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The employment type for this role is Contract-To-Hire and the job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing Strong. expertise in Oracle JDEdwards (Expert level) Extensive knowledge of Agile methodology Experience in retail domain and retail-related testing Proficiency in Java programming language Experience with Selenium automation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Certifications in software testing are a plus Roles And Responsibilities Lead a team of testers and coordinate testing activities Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases Perform functional, regression, and performance testing Automate test cases using Java Selenium automation Provide technical guidance and support to testing team members Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery Identify and escalate any issues or risks related to testing Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for defects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing
