Harbinger Group is hiring SSTE- Automation. Below is the JD:- Senior Software Engineer - Test Automation Development Relevant Exp- 4 yrs Notice Period- Immediate to 1 week only Location- Pune- WFO/Hybrid Must Have - 1. 5-6 years of QA automation experience using various test automation frameworks such as BDD Cucumber framework 2. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using in python and selenium. 3. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. 4. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills 5. Experience in functional testing, Knowledge of QA practices including Agile methodology 6. Person should have Selenium exp. Cucumber framework exp & basic Python programming knowledge- at least he/she is able to ready the Python Code & write Test scripts for Automation Test Planning and Execution: 1. Develop comprehensive test. plans based on project requirements and specifications. 2. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 4. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques. Collaboration: 1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. 2. Strong communication and collaboration skills 3. Propose and implement improvements to the existing automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Flexible to work by managing work & available to attend calls at late evenings (10:30 PM) Good to have - 1. Selenium with java, javascript experience 2. Good to have - Git, SQL, Cypress automation 3. Candidates having Security and load testing knowledge is plus
