Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers over the phone. Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus Excellent communication skills along with active listening. Customer focused approach. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features . Being open to learning consulting tasks to assist the customer better . Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. . Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance . Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members . Inform customers about new features and functionalities .
