The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and hiring healthcare staff and providing excellent customer service. They will communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and find suitable candidates. Qualifications Experience in Healthcare staffing, recruiting and hiring Strong communication and customer service skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources An understanding of healthcare regulations and. policies is preferred Experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Relevant skills that would be beneficial include: Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent time management and organizational skills
