Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore. As a member of our team, the Healthcare HR will be responsible for acquiring, testing, and sourcing healthcare professionals across our network of facilities. including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Additionally, you will work with our healthcare professionals to ensure that they are seamlessly integrated into the multidisciplinary teams at MediVaah and are fully supported and informed about the latest tools, techniques, and training available to them. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Experience with sourcing, assessing, and hiring healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other clinical personnel Experience with recruiting, training, and managing support staff such as administrative assistants, receptionists, and customer service representatives Ability to work independently, to manage competing priorities, and to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic team environment Demonstrated track record of building relationships across a diverse network of stakeholders, both internal and external to an organization Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations, reports, and business plans.
