Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at a reputable Chartered Accountant Firm in Vile Parle East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, excluding the internship period. The candidate should be well-versed in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits of Corporate and Non-Corporate entities, and proficient in Individual and Non-Individual Accounting. The role involves comprehensive knowledge of Income Tax return filing, TDS/TCS/GST/PT compliances, and hands-on experience with Excel, Word, and tax software.

Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Audits and Tax Audits:

   • Conducting thorough Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for both Corporate and Non-Corporate entities.
   • Preparing and maintaining Audit Reports with attention to detail.

2. Income Tax and GST:

   • Handling Income Tax return filing for Individuals and Non-Individuals.
   • Ensuring compliance with TDS, TCS, GST, and PT regulations.
   • Proficient in GST return filing and related compliances.

3. Accounting and Finalisation:

   • Accounts finalization for Corporate and Non-Corporate entities.
   • Trust Accounting for relevant entities.

4. Documentation and Compliance:

   • Maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
   • Ensuring compliance with Direct and Indirect Taxation laws.

5. Software Proficiency:

   • Hands-on experience with Excel, Word, and tax software.

6. Work Schedule:

   • Monday to Friday working for the first 6 months.
   • Monday to Saturday working for the next 6 months.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Experience in handling InterTax Returns, PT, ITR, Annual Return, Trust Accounting, Indirect Taxation, and Audit Report preparation.
• Semi-qualified CA or Inter Passed candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation laws.
