Lead DevOps Engineer - AWS/Terraform @ Symphoni HR

Qualification We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AWS DevOps Engineer with expertise in Terraform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our AWS infrastructure while leading a team of talented DevOps engineers. The successful candidate should have a strong background in AWS services, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, with a focus on Terraform. Strong proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC. Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and managing a DevOps team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in migrating Code Pipelines to Terraform AWS Certified DevOps Engineer with HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate are preferred. Ability to analyze. complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions. Experience in Harness and Databricks are added advantage. Technical Skills AWS, Terraform, devops Role Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and secure AWS infrastructure. Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with AWS services. Utilize Terraform to create and manage infrastructure as code, ensuring efficient and reproducible deployments. Develop and maintain Terraform modules for various AWS resources to enhance automation and standardization. Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployment and infrastructure changes. Automate routine operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and reliability in day-to-day operations. Implement monitoring solutions for AWS infrastructure, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues. Optimize AWS resources for cost efficiency and performance, utilizing cloud best practices. Implement security best practices in AWS environments, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with security teams to implement and monitor compliance measures Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
