Position Overview: As a DevOps Engineer at TechRover Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on AWS services, networking, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, and related services. Additionally, familiarity with security tools and best practices is crucial for. this role. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and compliance of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for software deployment. Automate and streamline the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components. Manage and monitor cloud-based environments, primarily AWS. Utilize MongoDB for database management and administration. Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes. Implement containerization using Docker for application deployment. Collaborate with development teams to ensure application scalability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place. Implement and maintain networking configurations and security policies. Familiarity with security tools like secrets management, credential rotation, vulnerability scanning, etc. Keep up-to-date with best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. Provide regular updates on infrastructure status and participate in an on-call rotation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience of 2 or more years as a DevOps Engineer. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, and related technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Bash, or Ansible. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack). Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security controls. Experience with MongoDB and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
