Core Accountabilities

• Propose architectures for SAP products and manage the deployment of cloud based SAP solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Possess foundational working knowledge of general principles of SAP Technologies such as SAP HANA migration approaches, S/4 Migrations and cloud vendor technologies .
• Work with technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of SAP cloud solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout the engagement.
• Work with internal technical and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
• Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
• Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on your field experience.
• Advanced consulting skills
• Database technology basic skills regarding non HANA system platforms (MS, Oracle & DB2)
• Familiarity with the different policies, procedures and standards of ITIL and other methodologies.

• Acts as the subject matter expert for running SAP workloads on Azure or AWS cloud platforms, and support customer/partner deployments with SAP deployment guidance, supporting development of the customers? SAP on cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.
• Responsible for development and review of technical architecture, creating proposals and solution design for partner-led solution development.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects, SAP Basis Administrators & Developers in developing complex end to solution for e nterprise scale solutions on various cloud platforms leveraging automation, logging, monitoring, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Scalability, and Operational methodologies.
• Conduct presentations to large and small audiences.
• Assess the customer?s knowledge of SAP on various Cloud platforms and determine overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners responsible for business process analysis and redesign and implementation, provide business analysis skills, and process mapping.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• At least 10 years of enterprise consulting experience .
• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Automation Architecture .
• At least 5 years of e xperience with SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP Business Suite and Business Warehouse, SAP Netweaver , SAP S/4HANA ) in designing, creating and deploying architecture/infrastructure .
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP focused projects .
• Experience in networking, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers , VPN ) and architecting / developing / maintaining cloud solutions.
• Cloud certification (AWS/Azure).
• SAP basis experience with direct exposure on implementing projects for live SAP environments on public cloud, and architecting around core production concepts (high availability, disaster recovery, multi-tenancy, scale out and scale up architectures, etc.).
