Excellent knowledge of technology architecture (Financials(AP/AR/GL/FA/CM) and HRMS Schema - Database objects Tables, Views, API etc)
Excellent development experience on technology components such as
Dashboard / Reports(OTBI or BIP),
Workflow(Business Process Management - BPM),
Interfaces(Inbound and Outbound),
HCM extracts,
Delivery Option using BI Integration
Restful APIs,
XML-based web service protocols(Web Services for data transfer from Fusion to Third Party).
Oracle PL/SQL & advanced SQL exp.
Data Migration - Data Loaders such as HDL, PBL file & spreadsheet based FBDI loaders.
