Our platform is designed to revolutionize the industry by using intelligence to match buyers to sellers in real-time.Role Description This is a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper role that is initially remote role that will move to in office once our new Mumbai BDB office is complete. *Experience:** Minimum 4 years Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise and Quickbooks Online (MANDATORY). Strong knowledge of financial statements and journal entries Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Quickbooks Enterprise and Quickbooks. Online. Record and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare financial statements and reports. Process vendor invoices, checks, and manage accounts payable. Handle payroll processing using Gusto Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Note: 1. Only apply if the candidate is available to work in the CST time zone (Night shift). 2. Candidates with experience in Quickbooks Enterprise and Quickbooks Online are only preferred. 3. Applicants from other locations are welcome to apply, but they should be willing to relocate. 4.
