As a Travel Consultant at Power Travel Technologies, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and requests and providing customized travel solutions. You will also be responsible for negotiating with travel suppliers and service providers and ensuring that booking and transaction processes are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel products and services Demonstrated ability to identify and solve customer problems and provide comprehensive travel solutions Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner Strong organizational skills and. attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs and customer requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more regional languages
