What We Expect From This Role Strong DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code experience of 5 years or above Expertise in Puppet Labs or Ansible Expertise in Terraform, Hashicorp Vault & Foreman Expertise in Windows & Unix Operating Systems Expertise in network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP). Expertise in Build tools like Jenkins to build re-usable release pipelines, release and configuration management tools like Chef/Puppet/Ansible platforms (any one is mandatory) Scripting Skills: Strong Scripting (e.g. Python, Shell or PowerShell any one is mandatory) and. Automation skills like CMDB discovery mechanisms Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, Virtual SAN, Virtual Switches & Security Systems (good to have) Expertise in VMware vRealize Automation and VMware vRealize Orchestration (good to have) Desirable Requirements Experience on tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, will be an added advantage Excellent hands-on knowledge on Jira or ServiceNow or Remedy platform Experience of web service technologies (preferably REST/JSON based). Experience with Microservices architecture. Experience working in a development process employing continuous delivery. Good understanding of object-oriented design patterns. Experience in using Terraform to automate deployment in the multi-stage environments. Agile practitioner, familiar with extreme programming, test-driven development, pairing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques Experience with Cloud Foundry / AWS / Public Cloud Position- Sr. Devops Engineer Total Experience- 6-12 Years Location- Bangalore Job Type- Permanent NP- Immediate to 30Days Kindly send me your updated profile ASAP
