Job Overview We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and execute various projects within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in project management. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience Strong business acumen and ability to align projects with organizational goals Excellent project implementation and. execution skills Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively Solid understanding of business processes and project planning Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in budgeting and financial management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification in project management is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members Manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting Coach and mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management
