Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hoskote for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, setting up meetings with customers and visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills Experience in creating and managing Sales and Expense Reports Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the food industry is a plus Note: Relevant skills. and qualifications may vary depending on the specific needs of the company
