Job Purpose: The Fractional CMO will serve as a key advisor to our executive team, providing expert guidance and leadership to drive our marketing initiatives and accelerate growth. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives. Provide strategic direction and oversight for all marketing activities, including branding, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated across all channels and aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and. optimize performance. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness. Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with 10-15 years of experience in a leadership position. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. Deep understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and technologies across digital and traditional channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to inform decision-making. Experience working in IT and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) Industry is preferred. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Other details: Remote Flexible schedule, but mostly night shift
