We are hiring for the JAVA Developer.
Roles & responsibilities:
Saviynt Specific
Should able to architect, deploy for development, pre-production and production environment including low-level design for Saviynt
Have demonstrated system implementation, policy creation, and process change in the tool
Able to create simple and complex workflow to address the approval process, implementation of Roles
Build policy based access based on ABAC, RBAC and other models
Ability to create Technical and User update rules to automatically provision access to users based on the defined business condition.
Should integrate applications with Saviynt using out-of-the box and/or custom built connectors to meet the IAM control objectives
Should establish process to identify orphaned and dormant accounts across applications, including preventative / detective action
Design and apply control process & implementation for Access Provisioning, Joiners/Leavers/Transfers, Reconciliation, Delegation, SOD, Toxicity, Outlier and Recertification
Explore/deliver opportunities to modernize reconciliation/recertification processes controls in the tool
Able to understand the as-is state of current process and assist in defining the new target operating model
Able to review user stories, use cases for Saviynt implementation
Able to assist in delivering a strong risk reduction strategy to automate policy-based administration, governance and control as much as possible
Able to generate MIS for project tracking and reporting Other responsibilities of this role are:
Hands-on any RDMS Database knowledge
Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux
Should be proficient in Java, JavaScript, TomEE, MVC frameworks, Spring Framework, AJAX frameworks
Sound knowledge of Software Engineering Principles, DevOps, Agile-Scrum, Kanban
Awareness on source code management, Build management, Change & Release management, ServiceNow Tool
Hands on experience on Git, JIRA, Confluence, Testing, Unix basics, Networking basics, awareness on Cloud Technologies (AWS), Jenkins
Experience with System integrations, REST APIs, JSON-RPC Key Skills: Mandatory Desired Domain
Detailed knowledge of the Identity and Access Control domain
Exposure to Identity and Access Control domain, esp. to a Policy Based Access Control model.
Right Candidates from IT, IT Governance or Information Security could be also considered provided they have the right level of exposure and capability to handle the role Savinynt architecture / design with the minimum 2 certifications:
Saviynt L100 Certification
Saviynt L200 Certification
Define and executing Testing strategy for Policy based access
Access Management related certification would be an added advantage.
Technical
Hands on implementation of the Saviynt platform across all controls - Access Provisioning, Joiners/Leavers/Transfers, Reconciliation, Delegation, SOD, Toxicity, Outlier and Recertification
Detailed knowledge and implementation experience of Role Based and Policy Based Access Control.
Capability to work hands-on and within team as required.
Analytical sense and ability to grasp and review workflows
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience Information Management, IT Governance / Risk domains
Good listening and analytical skills including:
Being able to come to a thoughtful and business focused conclusion quickly
