JOB DESCRIPTION: -
-Formulating and defining HR policies
-Taking customer feedbacks on employee performances
-Helping senior with payroll compliances etc
-Talking to clients and understanding the good & bad employees
-Talking to customers to understand complaints & areas of improvement
-Maintaining attendance
-Conducting induction for new joiners
-Taking care of employee discipline
-Looking after basic compliances
-Developing employee rating models
-Internal recruitment as needed.
-Conducting trainings as needed
-Motivating employees
-Developing sales incentive policies
-Conducting exit interviews
-Giving Warnings to employees as needed
-Reward & Recognition programs for the deserving employees
Desired Skills:
-Must have excellent English communication skills
-Must have great convincing skills
-Good on presentation & people management skills.
