Job Description

Job Purpose The Campus Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for finding and engaging with recent graduates and talented students for entry-level sales positions in Rawalwasia Group. CRS will liaise with universities, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and conduct interviews with potential candidates from the student pool. Job Duties Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates in marketing, sales, and business development departments. Attend college career fairs, engage with students, and promote the Rawalwasia Group brand. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform skill assessments for junior positions, including sales executives and managers. Report on recruiting metrics after each career event, tracking the number of candidates interviewed and hired. Advertise open positions to online and offline alumni communities. Design and place print ads on college campuses and source potential candidates through social media groups. Collaborate. with team leaders to define hiring needs and create relevant positions and programs. Build relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutes in different regions. Coordinate between the employers and the students on the Placement process, which includes sharing the job vacancy with the students, scheduling the interviews, accompanying the students for interviews, and keeping them informed on the employer's feedback. Communicate and coordinate with the respective faculties and HOD-Academics on the employer feedback and assist them in preparing the students for interviews per the industry requirement. Organize the campus placements, update students" resumes and educational documents, and assist them in the entire process. Maintaining the Placement format, employer's database, and many job offers received. Create and maintain content for social media, including Facebook, Twitter,and LinkedIn. Analyze recruitment trends, data, and statistics to determine recruitment needs and budget requirements. Develop relationships with industry partners and local colleges, universities, and high schools. Work with human resources, operations, and marketing to develop practical recruiting tools. Create and maintain professional-looking company marketing materials Develop efficient systems for collecting information on performance Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data. Lead, develop, and inspire teams to design and review policies related to employee performance. Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions Required Qualifications: Education: Minimum of two years of experience in campus placements. An HR graduate or HR experience expertise is preferred. Experience Two years of experience in campus placements. Knowledge Knowledge of campus recruitment processes Understanding of academic and educational time calendars Familiarity with sourcing software Knowledge of academic and educational time calendars Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ethical and relationship-building skills. Excellent time management and organization skills. Influential and collaborative. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Competency in Excel and database management. Analytical skills. Candidate assessment skills. Social media sourcing skills.
