Job brief We are looking Manager-HR (Human Resources) 1. Human Resources Manager: Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Administer and manage employee benefits programs. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. Conduct training and development programs for employees. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving. and decision-making abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
