Overview The role of MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant is crucial to our organization as it involves the development, customization, and integration of the MS Dynamics CRM platform to meet the specific needs of our clients. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the CRM system, making it an integral part of our business processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements Integrate CRM with other systems and applications Provide technical expertise in CRM configuration, customization, and development Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions Participate in requirements gathering and solution design workshops Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and. maintenance Continuously improve CRM functionalities and performance Train end-users and provide technical guidance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization Strong understanding of CRM architecture, entities, forms, and workflows Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Experience in integrating CRM with third-party applications and services Knowledge of data migration and integration tools Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues Certification in MS Dynamics CRM is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Skills: crm,dynamics crm,integration
