Job Description: - Develop 3D MEP Models using Revit for As-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. Coordinate with other Project Team members to ensure model completeness and accuracy. Adhere to internal and client quality processes for producing and delivering CAD/BIM models, drawings, and documents with limited oversight. Basic knowledge of International Building Construction Systems prevalent in US and ME regions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Proficiency in Revit. Background in Architectural and Engineering design documentation preferred. Ability to prepare Electrical services CD set/detail drawings and as-built drawings. Knowledge of single line diagrams and equipment layouts. Experience in 3D Design coordination of ASMEP components using Autodesk Revit/Navisworks. Understanding of architectural and engineering design processes. Creative and innovative thought processes. Strong written and spoken English. communication skills. Preferred Education and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines preferred. 1-5 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks, HVAC Design tools, Civil 3D, and Energy Analysis Tools. Experience in design and documentation of Architectural and Engineering projects (New construction and renovation). Proficient in production of MEP CD set drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawings. Familiarity with creating Revit-based 3D families and 2D Detail Components using CAD and Revit.
