Accounts Receivable Analyst @ Digigen Technology

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Responsibilities: Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage collections efforts to ensure timely payment. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with customers. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to invoicing and payments. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions in the accounting system. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on accounts receivable status to management. . Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounts receivable processes and enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to accounts receivable and billing practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) is a plus
