Job Description

Handling End to End Recruitment process. Recruiting potential candidates through various job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, etc. Taking care of Bulk as well as lateral hiring. Performing in-person and phone interviews with the candidates. Negotiating with candidates to accept the offer. Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidates communications skills, presentation skills and technical skills based on received department heads requirements. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, Following up on the interview process status. Maintaining candidate database up to mark. Conducting HR induction for new joiners. Lead a 4 person team of Human Resources professionals. Preparing appointment letter, Relieving letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter, Transfer letter & Experience letter as a when required in operations process. Monitor team performance and report to manager on daily basis. Completing with Pre-joining formalities and getting candidates on-board. Job.
