Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an EA to the Director/ CEO/ Partner at COLLATED SERVICES LIMITED located in Ahmedabad. The EA will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and communication between departments. The EA will also be responsible for general administrative assistance tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience: 2+ Years as an EA to Director/ CEO/ Partner Location: Ahmedabad Excellent in communication Experience in executive administrative assistance, expense reports, and executive support Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and. problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience in the service or consulting industry is a plus
