1. To be a process custodian (accountable) and ISO representative for India & ME HR operations (SOPs
documentation, performance metrics, trainings, audit etc.)- Induction, Confirmation, Payroll, Employee benefits(group insurance policies, company loan, mobile phone facilities etc), Employee queries and Employee grievance, Performance Development, Data & documentation, Exit etc.
2. To manage design, implementation and adherence of Compensation and Benefits at corporate level (design,
policies & processes, training, managing deviations, audit etc.)
3. To manage statutory compliance through compliance partners (adherence, SLAs, evaluation, audits etc.)
4. To champion the HRMS across the organization (development, training, usage, value realization etc.)
5. To provide HR support to the other functions as and when necessary and in line with business/functional
requirements
6. To design, implement and continuously improve HR/Admin policies and processes
7. To look after the Facility Management for the HO (Employee hygiene, Security of Premises, Services, Utilities,
Maintenance of assets, Regulatory Compliances) through the Admin team
8. To look after the domestic & international travel desk (employee satisfaction, travel & accommodation policies,
trackers & reviews etc) through the Travel Desk Executive
9. To manage and develop the HR Operations and Admin team towards the process adherence and excellence
