About the Role As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive HR Operations (Global Payroll). The Senior Executive HR Operations will be responsible for global end to end payroll management, records management and other activities as assigned from time to time. What Youll Do: Global Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees in multiple countries ( US, UK, and other European countries) Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation components Process payroll in compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws. Run defensive queries to identify errors in payroll. Compliance/Regulations & Audits: Stay up-to-date with international payroll regulations and ensure compliance with local tax laws. Address legal and regulatory changes affecting payroll processes and implement necessary adjustments. Understand audit requirement & frame process around the audit controls. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present payroll-related data to management as needed. Vendor Management: Coordinate with payroll service providers and other external vendors to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll services. Review and manage contracts with payroll vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with HRBP, Finance, and other departments to gather payroll-related data and resolve discrepancies. Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll operations Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of global payroll processes. For this role, you will also have the following: Qualifications: Educated to Degree level is essential Post-Graduate qualification in HR is desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in HR Payroll & HR Admin in MNC setup with US/ UK/EU payroll Management is essential Experience within the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous Proficient in HR Management Total confidentiality and tact Responsibility, reliability and accountability. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential with advanced Excel ability highly advantageous Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills Flexible team player, able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
