 Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager is the responsible to Drive the achievement of topline & bottom line in existing accounts across various archetypes (HORECA, Insti, Retails), onboard new Super stockiest, Distributor Across Kerala State and Distribution expansion. Key Responsibilities: Ensure high rate of account renewals with favorable terms of trade Performs Innovation/NPD tracking - Listing & business plan, Activation Plan (Customer Communication & Implementation) Leverage existing relationship with national accounts to drive proliferation of key brands across institutional sales accounts Identify & onboard new accounts and setup favorable terms of trade Ensure commercial hygiene for the account- finance meetings, claim release & settlement followBups & meeting Track competition activities in the channel Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets across channel Ensure timely fulfilment & high fill-rate across channel depots in coordination with supply chain . Continuously monitors SOs and takes appropriates action Responsible for new product listing and effective stakeholder management Desired Candidte Profile: Proven and deep knowledge of Sales and Distribution System Proven experience of working in HORECA, Institutional and Retail Business. Cofortable with Handling ambiguity. Desired Experience Level & Qualification MBA with 4-6 years of relevent work experience in reputed FMCG organizations Experienced in Beverages/ Alcohol Industries will be more advantage
