Job Description

Odyssey is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect and Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, interior design, and product development, with a passion for sustainability and a keen eye for detail. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Senior Architect and Product Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing sustainable architectural products and solutions that push the boundaries of eco-conscious design. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop innovative architectural products and solutions that align with Odyssey" vision and values. Lead the design process from concept to completion, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement. Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications for product manufacturing and installation. Conduct research on. sustainable materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends to inform product development. Work closely with external suppliers, manufacturers, and craftsmen to ensure the highest quality and sustainability standards are met. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to gather feedback and ensure project objectives are met. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and product development, with a proven track record of successful projects. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Excellent conceptualization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Deep understanding of sustainable design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
