As an Executive - Site Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable locations for our retail stores. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Guwahati, Assam, India, and the employment type is Full-Time. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in site acquisition, real estate, or property management Strong knowledge of location scouting, real. property evaluation, and site planning Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficiency in using industry tools and software for site evaluation Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to site acquisition Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive approach to work Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential locations for retail store expansion in East region Conduct thorough research and analysis of local markets, demographics, and competition Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and landlords Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations Manage site inspections and evaluations to assess suitability for store development Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee site planning and development Collaborate with government authorities and agencies for necessary approvals and permits Monitor and evaluate site performance and make recommendations for improvements Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management
